How do I get access to the pdf that containing the explanation for answer, after I have solved the problem ?

At this time, you can't. For your info, in case you are not yet aware of it, the site was hacked a few weeks ago and was shut down as soon as it was discovered. It is being rewritten to make it more secure and hopefully will become available within the next few weeks along with the PDFs.
When you assume something, you risk being wrong half the time.

Perhaps the fact that the team has shifted from damage assessment to rebuilding should be mentioned at http://projecteuler.net/news?
